Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Sportina's services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

• Users must have full legal capacity or be supervised by a legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Sportina may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
• Optional data at sign‑up. Phone number, gender, and date of birth are optional and are only required for specific features (e.g., participation in official or regulated tournaments that mandate them).

2. Sports Facility Booking

• Facility owners define booking terms, pricing, and cancellation policies.
• Users must comply with facility rules and pay applicable fees.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to each facility’s policy, which will be shown prior to checkout.

3. Organizing Sports Activities

• Users can create and join activities and tournaments.
• Activity creators may cancel up to 24 hours in advance unless otherwise specified.
• Sportina may remove activities that violate law, these Terms, or community standards.

4. User Content

• You retain rights to content you upload (e.g., team logos, player photos) and grant Sportina a non‑exclusive license to host and display it for service operation.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates privacy of others. Report tools are provided to flag inappropriate content.
• We may remove or disable content that breaches these Terms.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Where applicable, payments are processed by our payment partners. Additional terms may apply.
• Refund eligibility is determined by the facility or tournament organizer’s policy shown at purchase time.

6. Safety & Assumption of Risk

• Sports activities involve inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and should ensure adequate fitness and safety measures.
• Users are responsible for their conduct and compliance with applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonation; harassment; hate speech; uploading malware; scraping or reverse engineering; and unauthorized commercial use are prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportina is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or third‑party actions.

9. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from within the app. This permanently removes your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

10. Changes

• We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in‑app or by email where available.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jurisdiction lies with the competent authority in Riyadh.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data Controller & Contact

Golden Cup Sports Club Company (KSA) is the data controller for Sportina. Contact: support@sportina.com.

2. Information We Collect

• Required to operate your account: Full name; email (when needed to secure the account and provide service notices).
• Optional information: Phone number, gender, and date of birth are optional and are only requested for specific features (e.g., eligibility checks for official competitions) and can be skipped.
• Official tournaments only: National ID or residency number only when mandated by law or the organizer’s regulations.
• User content: Photos, team names, tournament information you upload.
• Payments: Payment information is processed by our payment partners; we store only necessary transaction references.
• Diagnostics & analytics: App logs, crash reports, and basic usage events to improve reliability. These do not track you across other apps.

3. Legal Bases & Uses

• Contract: To provide booking, activities, and account features.
• Legitimate interests: To prevent fraud, ensure security, and improve the app.
• Consent: Optional fields, marketing communications, and any tracking that requires App Tracking Transparency.
• Legal obligation: Where KSA law or an authority requires identity verification for official tournaments.

4. Sharing

• We do not sell personal data.
• Data may be shared with tournament organizers when required for participation, and with service providers (hosting, payments, analytics) under contracts that protect your data.

5. Data Protection

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable.
• Access controls and signed URLs for media; removal of photo EXIF/GPS where possible.
• Regular reviews of third‑party SDKs and privacy manifests.

6. Retention

• We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Content may be deleted upon account deletion, subject to legal or regulatory retention requirements.

7. Your Rights

• Access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent for optional processing.
• In‑app controls: you can delete your account and personal data from within the app at any time.

8. Children

• Sportina is intended for users with legal capacity. Where minors participate, registration must be by or under the supervision of a guardian.

9. International Transfers

• Where data is processed outside KSA by our providers, we ensure appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.

10. Changes

• We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated in‑app or by email where available.
